5. Shipping and Delivery
We ship products related to premium landscaping and estate garden design within Japan and, where feasible, internationally. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on the complexity of your order, particularly for custom or made-to-order items such as luxury landscaping. Fern Sapphire is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events beyond our control.
Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. Please inspect your order upon receipt and report any damage within 7 business days.
6. Returns and Refunds
Catalogue products (excluding bespoke orders) can be returned within two weeks of delivery if they remain unused and in their original packaging. Custom-made or bespoke items (for example, specially commissioned water feature installation) are generally non-refundable unless defective.
